Over 116K Bohol residents now 

fully vaxxed vs COVID-19

TAGBILARAN CITY, July 28 (PIA) -- A total of 116,434 residents in Bohol are now fully vaccinated against coronavirus disease (COVID-19), the provincial government data showed.

Of the total, 78,152 were given as the first dose, while 38,282 were provided as the second jab.

Based on the COVID-19 vaccination report from the Provincial Heath Office (PHO), there are 62,340 health workers, 32,955 senior citizens, 14,979 persons with comorbidities, and 6,160 essential workers who have been fully vaccinated as of July 26.

The province received a total of 230,080 vaccines comprised of Sinovac, Aztrazeneca, Pfizer, Sputnik V, and Johnson & Johnson.

As of 1:00 p.m. on July 28, Bohol logged a total of 9,289 COVID-19 cases with seven new reported cases, 584 total active cases, 8,520 recoveries, and 185 deaths since the pandemic broke out last year. (ECB/PIA7 Bohol)
