TAGBILARAN CITY, May 8 (PIA) -- Bohol Island State University (BISU) in partnership with the Aoike Academy of Japan opened its doors once again for applicants who want to enroll in a Japanese language program for free.

The “Nihongo For Me,” a Japanese Language Program, is now accepting applicants for free Japanese language classes at BISU through modular and online classes, according to Clyde Malon Bodiongan, Aoike International Academy Representative.

However, due to the social distancing and community quarantine being observed nowadays, Bodiongan said that applicants may contact Globe number 09274641893 and Smart number 09087448930 for further information.

In April 2019, BISU in partnership with the Aoike Academy of Japan launched the Nihongo For Me: Japanese Language Program at the BISU Main Campus in Tagbilaran City.

Together with the launching was also the blessing of the new Aoike classroom at the 2nd floor of the College of Business, Arts and Sciences (CBAS) building, where the Japanese language classes are held.

The program was originally open to 18 to 25 years old for its first and second batches and with limited slots of up to 20 students only.

But for this third batch, interested applicants up to 34 years old will now be accepted and with unlimited slots to cater to more applicants who are interested to learn the Japanese language. (ecb/PIA7-Bohol)
